Wellbeing Hub at Campsmount
As a school, we are very proud of the provision in place to support students through our Wellbeing Hub. This dedicated space brings together safeguarding, child protection, welfare, and mental health support in one central location, ensuring students receive coordinated and effective care.
All students have access to our school counselling service, delivered by our experienced wellbeing team. This includes two fully qualified counsellors, Cally, Senior Counsellor, and Nina, Young Persons Counsellor. The school counselling service offers a safe, confidential space where students can talk about worries and receive emotional support. It aims to promote wellbeing, resilience and personal development, helping students feel supported both in and out of the classroom.
In addition to scheduled counselling sessions, we offer a lunchtime drop-in service for all students. Students can visit the Wellbeing Hub during lunchtime to talk about any problem or concern—no appointment is needed. This service provides quick access to support in a calm, welcoming, and supportive space, where students can discuss worries, receive advice and useful resources, or ask for further support within the school. Run by trusted members of the Wellbeing Team, the Wellbeing Hub is accessible and supportive for everyone.

Counselling
Counselling provides a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and be heard. It focuses on understanding your experiences, helping you explore your feelings, and supporting you to find your own ways forward.
Here’s how counselling works:
You don’t need a reason — just a willingness to talk.
Cally Graseley, Senior Counsellor
I’m a fully qualified BACP-registered counsellor, using Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for students and staff to explore their thoughts and feelings. I support people with challenges such as anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem, grief, and school or friendship issues, helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and find their own solutions. Every session is tailored to individual needs in a supportive and trusting environment.
Nina Wilcock, Young Persons Counsellor
I’ve been a qualified counsellor since 2019, working with young people and adults. I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where students can talk about their thoughts and feelings. I help with challenges such as anxiety, low mood, stress, friendships, and school pressures, supporting students to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and improve wellbeing. I stay up to date with the latest counselling approaches to offer the best possible support and help students feel understood and confident in finding their own solutions.
Working in Partnership with ‘With Me In Mind’
Our in-house counselling service does not replace With Me In Mind. We remain a school that works closely in partnership with With Me In Mind to support students’ mental health. Where appropriate, we will continue to signpost, refer, and work alongside With Me In Mind to ensure students receive the right support at the right time.
